  17. no guarantee of any type whatsoever. CD Titles 
  18. does not advise nor recommend use of any 
  19. program or application software included on these 
  20. CD-ROMs. By purchasing these CDs, the user agrees 
  21. that CD Titles will not be held liable for any 
  22. damages, including lost profits, savings, or any 
  23. other incidental or consequential damages 
  24. arising out of the use or the presence of any 
  25. data or program, or the inability to use this

  36. (MC/Visa/money order). VIRUSES: The files on 
  37. these CDs have been thoroughly virus scanned by 
  38. current commercially-available anti-virus 
  39. software. One should always have recent 
  40. backups.

  42. NETWORKING/LIBRARY USE: These discs are 
  43. licensed to be used on a single stand-alone 
  44. workstation. They may be used on a network as 
  45. long as only one workstation may access them at a 
  46. time. They may be physically loaned (as in a public 
  47. library or college library) as long as no fee is charged.

  50. trademarks, software titles are mentioned for 
  51. statements of compatibility only. Use of this
